The nobbing machine is designed for cutting fish like mackerels,sardines, sprats and other species of small fish.

Fish Feeding : the fish are fed manually, and the feeding speed depends on the number of operators on production line.

This machine combine the function:

1. Cutting the head

2. Cutting the tail

3.Gutting

4. Cutting into pieces

Our nobbing machine consists of a slot-like conveyor and a nobbing head. This slot-like conveyor is designed to ensure correct placing of fish prior to head-cutting.

The operator feed the fish and control feeding of the slot-like conveyor manually, ensuring correct feeding and avoiding build-up of damaged fish.

The nobbing head cuts the head off the fish exactly at the required point by means of a rotating knife. This way of cutting off the head gives a clean through-cut without damaging the fish. Then the evisceration device sucks out fish viscera which are discharged by the vacuum system.

After head and viscera removed, fish will be conveyed to another knife to cut into pieces
