This 63# cap made of aluminum material which is rust-resistant and acid-resistant very well. 

The liner makes an excellent oxygen barrier, When heating, It creates a air-tight hermetic seal, which provides a longer shelf life for canned food. This twist metal lug cap is applied to a large variety of vacuum and non-vacuum packed food in glass package which need to be processed through pasteurization and sterilization. It is also suitable for hot and cold filling of various food and beverage packaging applications.

We can use it for packing pickled vegetable, various of sauce or jam as well as juice.

We stepped to produce PVC -free twist off lug cap, It is an company’s important move. Every year, more than hundreds of billions closures are produced for glass jars used for packing preserved food. Plasticizers need to be added to make PVC supple to seal the jar. But health risks could not be safely excluded from any of the substances. Indeed, the EU adopted regulations to limit transfer of plasticizers into food. However, limit values always assume that only a certain quantity of a food is consumed. In practice, this can be quite different.

Oils and fats promote migration into the filling it is extremely difficult for manufacturers involved in this to comply with the migration limits laid down in Europe. In view of the quantities produced annually, manufacturers are at great risk of running into conflict with the determinations.

The seal is made from Provalin®, a material based on thermoplastic elastomers, which remains supple without the need for plasticizers. It is quite difficult to recognise a PVC-free and plasticizer-free product on the supermarket shelf from its external appearance. we can put a PVC-free mark on the closure for its customers. Or alternatively, it would also be possible to mark the jar label.
