Automatic horizontal retort pot for canned food processing  adopts the most efficient full water immersion sterilization method, the upper pot is filled with pre-heated hot water, after the pot is filled with the material, the hot water will be directly in contact with the material for heating, hot water will be constantly circulating in the pot under the action of large flow pump, and the material can be sterilized by controlling the temperature accurately at all times by PLC. After sterilization, the hot water will be recovered directly to the pot for use in the next sterilization.
