Chinese sweet corn(Botanical Name: Zea mays var saccharata L),are produced of fresh ,mature and sound raw material of the latest domestic crop.The sweet corn shall be properly peeled, washed, boiled,threshed, then packed in the tin.Preservation will be done by heat treatment.

Different eating ways with canned sweet corn :
1: Stuffed Potatoes
For a delicious dish, scoop out the flesh of baked potatoes and mix with creamed sweet corn, plain low fact yoghurt, chopped lean ham and finely -chopped spring onions. Spoon mixture back into the jacket and serve.
2: Corn Mash
Add 1 can drained corn kernels halfway through mashing potatoes. Corn mixes well with potatoes and they add great texture
3: Rice salad
For a light, tasty meal, combine cooked brown rice, drained corn kernels , drained corn kernels ,chickpeas, chopped roasted capsicum and parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice then season with black pepper.
4: Pockets, please
For a quick light meal or snack combine 1 small can drained corn kernel with tuna , cottage cheese and chopped chives. Fill a pita pocket with the mixture.
5: Meat loaf munchies
For a simple way to add flour, texture and fibre to every meat loaf bite-without adding fat-add 1 can drained corn kernels to mix
