Tuna are produced of frozen fresh tuna fish . Tuna shall be thawed and slaughtered , then go first parasite inspection . After that , select size and soak in the salt water , then weighing and canning ,exhaust & draining , then maximum filling weight inspection . Finally , fill the soup and seal .Preservation will be done by heat treatment.
